or does anyone know of a gas or nitro one for under 100 bucks i really want a fast boat. i just bought one for 25 dollars that is so slow its about 2 mph even though it says ten please help me find a fast one

Hi i have 2 rc boats with both the same motors they both have 2x 560 motors but the 1 boat have 560 racing motors and the otherone just has 560 motors so whats the difference between a normal electric 560 motor and a electric 560 racing motor?

I would say that the motors have different angles on the prop-
and maybe 2-3 or 4 blade

Some of the new brushless electric motor radio controlled boats are really fast and can be faster than some gas powered boats. As a rule however, gas and nitro radio controlled boats tend to be faster.

i am highly into modifying electric rc boats. i am also into gas models too…

lets build lots of things together

I'm just getting back into Radio Controlled vehicles as my son is getting to that age and i'm going to but a boat for scratch.

I'm an electrician so understand all the electric methods of powering it but have never dealt with nitro and don't know where to start.

I can't seem to find any basic nitro systems to look at to get an idea.

Any info on engines, wiring, fuel (is it special) and how the seal between the prop and hull are maintained would be greatfully received.

I'm sorry, i do planes and Heli's not boats or else I'd be more than happy to assist you the whole way, from planning to finalizing.

I recommend buying the book "RC for dummies" and go to anyHobiee shop and you can ask for a for a basic nitro moter system. They areusuallyy around 150$ CAN for a basic kit
