cheapest gas RC boat is the Smartech daulphin tunnel hull but it is a piece of garbage.
Traxxas Nitro Vee is a great boat and doesn't break the bank.
Cen nitro thunder is also a great boat for less money.
Both are around the same size and use .15 engine's. I like traxxas electronics better but then I like cen's hull and engine better so it's a toss up.

you might be able to get one at a hobby town usa. they have alot of that kinda stuff
